  • Lead Marino’s 7-person multidisciplinary Creative Studio spanning design, content, and video, while overseeing a flexible network of 5 freelance creative partners and reporting to the SVP of Integrated Marketing.
  • Direct creative across a $1.25M+ portfolio of active retainer and project accounts spanning Fortune 100, government, consumer and nonprofit organizations, including McDonald’s, JFK International Air Terminal 4, Fifth Wall, Italian Trade Agency, Fabbri, Di Marco, and Bono USA among others.
  • Created the brand positioning “It’s not charcuterie, it’s antipasto” for Fratelli Beretta during the pitch process, shaping brand messaging throughout the client’s six-month retainer engagement.
  • Conceived a branded claw-machine trade show activation for Fratelli Beretta that met the client’s foot-traffic goal for the booth and won Marino’s internal Campaign of the Quarter award.
  • Directed the “paladins” character campaign for Bono following its packaging rebrand, developing distinct personalities and messaging for each character to introduce the new brand identity.
  • Developed an influencer activation for Bono that extended campaign visibility beyond the initial launch, generating continued organic social exposure for months without additional paid media spend.
  • Serve as creative lead for Di Marco – Fine Italian Bakers, leading creative strategy, design, production, and print for a campaign introducing the original Roman Pinsa to the U.S. through an Eataly NY partnership.
  • Led development of the Di Marco campaign landing page, generating a 2,000+ person email list and introducing a redemption-tracked coupon system that gave the client verified performance data.
  • Named finalist, 2026 PRNEWS Platinum Awards, Integrated Communications, Marketing & PR category, for the Di Marco – National Pinsa Day campaign.

  • Built Marino’s brand identity development process from the ground up, establishing a two-phase approach spanning brand manifesto, messaging and identity design that became the agency standard for subsequent brand identity engagements.
  • Brought website production in-house, replacing outsourced web developers with an internal workflow (in-house mockups plus a freelance WordPress build); increased margins on ~$25K website engagements and $50K+ brand identity packages by securing a favorable freelance rate.
  • Led creative strategy and integrated campaign launches across nonprofit, consumer/lifestyle, and real estate accounts, partnering with PR and social teams from concept through execution.

  • Introduced a standard 20% admin fee on print and third-party vendor work, creating a margin stream the agency didn’t have before.

  • Designed a Johnnie Walker bar concept that was built at Antigua’s international airport and helped generate additional experiential design work for the agency.
  • Expanded 3D capabilities across retail and experiential environments, including a duty-free store, cigar kiosk, and outdoor bars for Diageo brands including Smirnoff, Ciroc, Baileys, and Buchanan’s.
  • Strengthened the agency’s print and packaging capabilities by introducing a long-standing production partner, reducing print costs and creating opportunities for higher-margin client work.
